Quality 

All our products are Australian made and are shipped from our HQ in Hobart. We only use quality ingredients which are vegan and cruelty free. When you shop with Mokiya you are supporting a small Australian business from start to finish. 

Order Dispatch 

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday, within 24 hours of an order being made (excluding weekends)

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal-use and hygiene-sensitive nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase.

Reactions & Skin Compatibility

Everyone's skin is different, and we cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before use.

A change of mind, personal preference, or a product not being suitable for your individual skin does not entitle you to a return or refund. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
